One thing to keep in mind is that a pregnancy test is only an indication of pregnancy. An ultrasound will confirm the pregnancy and give you an estimate of how far along you are.

Signs and Symptoms of Pregnancy

In addition to a missed period, the symptoms of pregnancy might include but are not limited to:
• Nausea with or without vomiting
• Tender, swollen breasts
• Increased urination
• Fatigue
• Food aversions or cravings
• Bloating
• Slight bleeding or cramping
• Backaches
• Headaches
• Mood swings
